Are you or a family member recovering from an illness, surgery or injury? Has your doctor prescribed physical, occupational or speech therapy for you? We can provide that therapy in your own home, where you can adapt back to your normal routine more quickly without the worry of transportation to appointments.
Home based therapy is most often arranged through a discharge planner or your physician’s office. We will need a doctor’s orders to start the process, so please have your physician’s office or the facility discharge planner contact us with the following information:
