Optimal Health Care now offers an Information and Resource service throughout Maryland! Our Information and Resource Specialists are available to work with individuals and families, connecting you with the supports and resources you need. Our Information and Resource Services are at no cost to you.
We also work with other organizations to develop programs and workshops, as well as provide training and support community events.
We can help by:
- Referring you to resources in your community
- Assisting you with your applications for services
- Helping you navigate the service system
- Providing information, support and guidance on education services for your student
- Working with you to identify goals for your future
- Providing information on Transitioning Youth (TY) services
