Forensic/Court Involved

Transition Coordination Services are provided for people actively transitioning from an institution to the community including people residing in a State Residential Center (SRC) that do not attend an off-campus day program, people in nursing facilities, and people in the Secure Evaluation and Therapeutic Treatment (SETT) Programs.
