Who Qualifies for DDA Services?

Our DDA Case management Division supports people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our Information and Resource Services provide connections and support for people seeking assistance in obtaining eligibility and services.

How do we help you?

Once you are found eligible for DDA services and assigned to a CCS, you will receive the support you need to create plans, goals, and dreams for your life. Regardless of your life circumstance, whether you need Transitioning Youth services, behavioral health connections, housing, or are struggling with a family situation…we will help.
