Founded in 2008 as Optimal Health Care, Inc., Optimal started as a health care company with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality home health care in Washington County, Maryland. In 2014, we opened our DDA Coordination of Community Services in Western Maryland. As we have grown and changed, we now offer DDA Coordination of Community Services in all 23 Maryland counties and Fingerprinting in Western Maryland and on the Eastern Shore.
Optimal proudly supports Maryland communities through a variety of efforts:
